Your NDIS plan should match you as your needs and goals change. When was the last time you reviewed your plan? A plan review is a good way to get you back on track when things have changed.
Is your NDIS funding about to run out? Has your situation changed? Does your plan need updating?
A plan review is a regular evaluation and reassessment of your NDIS plan to ensure it aligns with your evolving needs and goals. A plan review is typically conducted annually, although in some cases, it may occur more frequently, such as when there are significant changes in your circumstances.
NDIS PLAN REVIEW
Plan reviews involve discussing and assessing your plan with the NDIS and possibly making changes. They occur at the end of each plan cycle which is typically every 12 months or longer for some plans.
You can request an early plan review whenever your circumstances change significantly or if your plan no longer meets your needs.
When you’re ready to review your plan, we can help you every step of the way, from contacting the NDIS to helping you gather supporting documents and attending your plan review meeting with you.
